Teamwork and self-knowledge are two of the pillars that will be learned during this part of the project, which will be complemented with face-to-face coaching sessions in Torrelavega, and with a personalized follow-up to help them in their search for a job. Our partners of Venture Trust (Scotland) join us in this second group, with the presence of Sasha Doyle and Sally Wheatley, who will be supervising the activities and contributing ideas to improve the methodologies applied in this new educational system (Outdoors Learning System).
