Training begins “Outdoors Learning”

Yesterday, the "Outdoors Learning" training began for the first group of young Cantabrians (young people without employment, and who are not currently in the education system) in the Picos De Europa Youth Hostel (Tama) within the FOLM Project.

This first group, formed by 4 girls and 5 boys, with ages between 20 and 29 years, will spend 10 days of coexistence in a unique natural environment, accompanied by the 3 Femxa trainers, which will guide them to through different activities and challenges that aim to develop and improve their personal skills, as an instrument to improve their employability, to help them in their desired incorporation into employment. After this training, these young people will receive face-to-face coaching sessions focused on career guidance and current job search techniques. During the next month of April, two more groups of young Cantabrians will start this itinerary.
