The purpose of the treatment is to manage your reservation of place to participate in the FOLM Project. The legitimacy of the treatment is your consent to voluntarily request your subscription in the project (Article 6.1 to GDPR) and in case of formalizing the process, the existence of a training contract (Article 6.1 b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1 c RGPD).
Your data can be communicated to the project partners (identified in the Legal Notice).
We will keep your data for the period of time required by the applicable regulations.
Finally, we inform you that if you consider that the treatment of your data does not comply with the regulations of application, you can file a claim with the Data Protection Commission.
